At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

• Customized, made-to-order, or special collection products may require additional processing time, which will be communicated on the product page or during checkout.

3. Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery times are:

• Metro Cities: 3–7 business days
• Other Cities and Towns: 5–10 business days
• Remote Areas: 7–14 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

4. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.
• Aaosakhi may offer free shipping promotions from time to time at its sole discretion.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email, SMS, WhatsApp, or other available communication channels.

Where available, tracking details will be provided so you can monitor the status of your shipment.

6. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners may make multiple delivery attempts. If delivery cannot be completed due to:

• Incorrect address provided by the customer
• Customer unavailable at the delivery location
• Failure to accept delivery

the shipment may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipping such orders.

Aaosakhi will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address information provided during checkout.

9. Damaged Packages

If your package appears damaged at the time of delivery:

• Take photographs of the package and product immediately.
• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with relevant details and images.

We will review the issue and provide appropriate assistance in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.

10. Lost Shipments

If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery status update.

We will coordinate with the courier partner to investigate the matter and provide support where possible.
