Shipping Policy

  • As per the Shipping Policy at Aao Sakhi, we try delivering your order as early as possible within the stipulated time frame. Right from processing to packaging and to shipping, we maintain the highest quality and safety standards. Please take some the time to read through and understand our policy thoroughly.

Domestic shipping charges : Rs. 250/-

  • Shipping Locations
    We are delighted to offer delivery to all locations within India and Internationally. Whether you
    are at the heart of the city or a remote village, we ensure that your saree reaches you. No matter
    where you are, we ensure your sarees reach you with the utmost care.

  • Shipping Charges
    Shipping charges are calculated based on the destination and weight of your order.

  • Indian Customers:
  • For orders within India, shipping timelines are regulated by the state government and
    are subject to delay if a lockdown is in place. Kindly note that the estimated delivery
    dates can be subject to delays due to unforeseen circumstances faced by our delivery
    partners and are beyond our control. We do our best to track your order and keep you
    updated, and will not be held responsible for the delay.
  • Domestic shipping charges would be INR 200/-, over and above the order total.

  • International Customers:
  •  For our international customers, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on
    your location and the weight of your order. Please note that these costs are the
    responsibility of the customer and must be paid in addition to the order total.

  • For international customers, the VAT/Import Duties/Local Taxes are borne directly by
    the customer to be paid at the time of delivery to our courier partner. These taxes will be

    charged over and above the product/order price you pay. These charges are
    ungovernable, as they differ from country to country according to local rules and
    regulations. Custom charges might be applicable in case of delivery outside India.
    Customers will be liable for customs charges in such cases. We request you provide us
    with your full address, PIN code, primary and an alternate contact number at the time of
    order to make the delivery process smooth and efficient. We would not be held liable for
    the incorrect address provided, and no refunds can be claimed by the Buyer for any delay
    in delivery of the product.


  • Processing Time
    All orders are processed within 3 to 4 working days. Orders are not shipped during weekends or
    holidays.
    Delivery Timeframes
    Please note that for domestic couriers, delivery of Yyour orders can take up to 5 to 10 working
    days from the date of receipt of the order, whereas, in the case of international couriers, it may
    take up to 8 to 15 working days.
    In cases where your order includes pico/ blouse service, request you to
    please consider 5 to 7 working days for the order to be processed and delivered. If
    you require any products to be delivered on any particular date, please write to us on our email
    ID ( hello@aaosakhi.com ) with your order details and explicit requirements. We will try our best
    to deliver on the requested date,. To ease the tracking of your order, we will also provide you
    with the tracking number at the time of dispatch. 

  • Order Tracking and Delivery Partners
    To ensure that your order reaches you quickly and in excellent 
    condition, we partner with the most reliable courier services to for delivery to your destination.
    Please note that the following are our domestic and international delivery partners:
    1. Domestic – Delhivery, FedEx, DTDC, Shree Maruti Ccourier and, Blue Ddart. 
    2. International – Aramex International, DHL, TNT Express and FedEx
    The tracking details of the shipment, along with the carrier information, will be mailed to you
    once the product is out for delivery.

    If the order placed by you includes multiple products, we usually combine them in a single
    box before shipping. In the event you require them to be packaged separately, please write to us at hello@aaosakhi.com along with your order number. Packaging and shipping the products in individual boxes may incur an additional minimum charge.


  • Damaged Packages
    Throughout our packaging and shipping process, we have multiple quality checkpoints to
    ensure the products reach you in the perfect state. In the unlikely event that you notice the
    package is damaged or tampered with, request you not to accept it from personnel. Kindly notify
    us about it immediately via email, along with pictures of the damaged packaging.
    If your order contains a gift and would like us to include a note along with it, please send us
