Conditions to Remember Before Placing an Order
1. Colour, handwork, specifications & description. The details of the products or product
specifications (weight, colour, handwork, size etc.) as mentioned on the Aao Sakhi site are
only approximate values.
2. While we ensure the highest quality and craftsmanship, it’s important to understand that
embellishments such as beads and sequins can sometimes come loose, even with the best
care and handling. This is a natural characteristic of these delicate adornments. Before
placing your order for embellishment sarees, we kindly request you to consider this aspect to
ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase.
3. While we make every effort to display the exact colour of our product on your screen, minor
variations in colour can occur. This can be due to different monitor resolutions, video cards,
operating systems and internet browsers.
4. Every fabric has a tendency to reflect different shades of colour under different light. A 10%
variation in shade is considered normal.
Cancellation Before Shipment
Customer might not be able to cancel any order placed on the Website if such order has been processed or approved by Aao Sakhi. However, in the event where you intend to cancel any purchase order placed on the Website at any time before the order has been approved, you must
immediately email Aao Sakhi with your Order Number and CANCEL (in brackets) in the subject line. The email should be sent at hello@aaosakhi.com to place a cancellation request. Please note that if the item has been approved, cancellation request will not be processed.
You can cancel your order before it has been shipped. Please contact our customer service team

Cancellation After Shipment
Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
In case where the package is defective or faulty e.g., if the customer receives a product in packaging that appears to have been tampered with, damaged or is in an unsealed condition, the customer is advised not to accept such product. Customer is advised to immediately inform Aao

Custom Orders
Custom orders, including personalized sarees or those made-to-order, cannot be cancelled once
the order has been confirmed and processing has begun.
Refund Process
Once your cancellation request is approved, we will process the refund within 7-10 business
days. Aao Sakhi at its sole discretion reserves the right to decide the form of refund i.e. credit
note or an offer of exchange that would be provided to the customer.
Return of Products
At Aao Sakhi, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our sarees. Each piece is
meticulously inspected before shipment to ensure it meets our high standards. Due to the
delicate nature of our products, we DO NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNS. We request you to review
our detailed product description and size guides carefully before making a purchase.
Dispute Resolution
In the event any dispute arises regarding any cancellation or refunds under this Policy, the
customer can contact Aao Sakhi at hello@aaosakhi.com. However, the decision of Aao Sakhi in
such case shall be final and binding. This Policy shall be governed by and interpreted and
construed in accordance with the laws of India. In any event, Aao Sakhi’s liability shall be
restricted to the price of the product in question.
