Colour, Handwork & Description: The details of the products or product specifications (weight, colour, handwork, size etc.) as mentioned on the Aao Sakhi site are only approximate values.
Delicate Embellishments: While we ensure the highest quality and craftsmanship, it’s important to understand that embellishments such as beads and sequins can sometimes come loose. This is a natural characteristic of these delicate adornments. Before placing your order, please consider this aspect.
Screen & Light Variations: While we make every effort to display the exact colour of our product, minor variations can occur due to different monitor resolutions, video cards, and browsers. Every fabric also has a tendency to reflect different shades of colour under different light. A 10% variation in shade is considered normal.

Cancellation After Shipment: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Custom Orders: Custom orders, including personalized or made-to-order sarees, cannot be cancelled once the order has been confirmed and processing has begun.
At Aao Sakhi, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our sarees. Each piece is meticulously inspected before shipment.
Due to the delicate and artisanal nature of our products, we have a strict “No Return, No Exchange” policy.
We request you to review our detailed product descriptions, size guides, and all policy terms carefully before making a purchase.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery.
Damaged Packaging: If you receive a product in packaging that appears to have been tampered with, damaged, or is in an unsealed condition, please refuse to accept the package. Immediately inform our customer care team at aaosakhi30@gmail.com or +919899406614.
Defective or Incorrect Product: If the product inside is defective or incorrect, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item.
Please email us at aaosakhi30@gmail.com with your Order Number, details of the defect, and clear images of the faulty product.
An unboxing video is mandatory to process any claim for a defective or incorrect item. Please ensure you film the opening of the package from start to finish.
Our team will examine the provided evidence. If the claim is approved, we will provide a resolution, which may be a replacement or store credit at our sole discretion.
Refunds are only processed for orders that are successfully cancelled before shipment.
Once your cancellation is approved, we will process the refund to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
In the event any dispute arises, the customer can contact Aao Sakhi at aaosakhi30@gmail.com. The decision of Aao Sakhi in such cases shall be final and binding. This Policy shall be governed by the laws of India. Aao Sakhi’s liability shall be restricted to the price of the product in question.
