Shipping Policy

At Aao Sakhi, we strive to deliver your order as early as possible within the stipulated timeframe. From processing to packaging and shipping, we maintain the highest quality and safety standards. Please take a moment to read our policy.

  • We are delighted to offer delivery to all locations within India and Internationally. We ensure your sarees reach you with the utmost care, no matter your location.

  • Domestic Shipping (within India):

    • We offer a flat-rate shipping charge of INR 250 per order. This will be added at checkout.

    International Shipping:

    • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and the weight of your order.

    • VAT, Duties, and Taxes: All VAT, Import Duties, and Local Taxes are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid at the time of delivery to our courier partner. These charges are ungovernable as they differ from country to country.

  • Orders are typically processed within 3 to 4 working days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Exception for Value-Add Services: In cases where your order includes a pico or blouse stitching service, please allow an additional 5 to 7 working days for your order to be processed before it is dispatched.

Once your order is processed and dispatched, the estimated delivery time is:

  • Domestic (within India): 5 to 10 working days.

  • International: 8 to 15 working days.

Please note that estimated delivery dates can be subject to delays due to unforeseen circumstances faced by our delivery partners. We do our best to track your order and keep you updated but will not be held responsible for delays beyond our control.

  • Urgent Delivery: If you require a product to be delivered by a specific date, please write to us at aaosakhi30@gmail.com before placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

  • We partner with reliable courier services to ensure your order reaches you safely. Our primary partners include:

    • Domestic: Delhivery, FedEx, DTDC, Shree Maruti Courier, and Blue Dart.

    • International: Aramex, DHL, TNT Express, and FedEx.

    Once your product is dispatched, we will email you the tracking details and carrier information.

    • Multiple Products: Orders with multiple products are typically combined into a single shipment. If you require them to be packaged separately, please email us at aaosakhi30@gmail.com with your order number. This may incur an additional charge.

We have multiple quality checkpoints to ensure your product reaches you in perfect condition.

In the unlikely event that you receive a package that appears damaged, opened, or tampered with, please REFUSE to accept the delivery from the courier personnel.

Please notify us about this immediately at aaosakhi30@gmail.com with pictures of the damaged package so we can take further action.
